Tarifflo ABI lets you draft, validate, and submit CATAIR-compliant customs entries directly to CBP's Automated Broker Interface. Every line uses the same data your audit and supplier modules already trust - no re-keying, no broker latency, no surprise rejections.
The fewer hands an entry passes through, the fewer rejections it eats.
Your broker's exporter spreadsheet, your ERP, and your customs system all carry the same line item - but each one is a chance to drop a digit. ABI Filing reads from the same source of truth your products and suppliers modules use.
Every CATAIR record (10/40/50/60/61/62/...) is validated against CBP's published format spec before submission. Missing PGA disclaimers, malformed values, bad MID strings - all caught client-side.
When a vessel lands at 2pm and your broker can't get to the entry until tomorrow morning, you eat a day of demurrage. Direct ABI submission removes that broker queue entirely.
When Audit finds an overpayment on a past entry, draft and submit the PSC inside Tarifflo. The original entry's evidence is already linked.
Activity feed for status changes, ACE messages, amendments, holds, exam notices, and refunds - all bound to the entry, not buried in your broker's portal.
Use it as a self-filing importer. Or use it as a customs broker filing on behalf of clients - multi-importer, multi-filer-code support is in from day one.
Every CBP-required record, every status callback, in one place.
Draft 7501-equivalent entries with the full CBP CATAIR rule set baked in. No exports, no spreadsheets.
Field-by-field check against the CBP CATAIR spec. Catches errors that ABI would otherwise reject.
Wire entries to CBP through the Automated Broker Interface. Tracks the FX (filer transmission) end-to-end.
Per-entry feed for ACE messages, status changes, amendments, exam notices, and refunds.
File post-summary corrections and reliquidation claims with the original entry's evidence trail attached.
Entries pre-populate from products, suppliers, BoLs, and prior filings. The work is reviewing, not typing.
ISF 10+2 filings linked to their corresponding entries - one workflow from boarding to clearance.
Required PGA records (FDA, USDA, EPA, FCC, NHTSA, ...) auto-attached based on HS code and our PGA module.
Self-filing isn't for everyone. For these importers, it's a competitive advantage.
If you're filing on your own behalf as the importer of record, no - self-filing under your own importer number is allowed. If you're filing on behalf of others, you need a customs broker license (Tarifflo can be operated under your existing broker license).
Yes. Tarifflo holds an ABI filer code and transmits entries to CBP through the certified Automated Broker Interface - the same channel your existing broker uses.
All entry-summary records: 10 (entry header), 40 (entry summary), 50 (line item), 60 (additional information), 61 (PGA disclaimer), 62 (Chapter 99 / additional duty), as well as ISF 10+2, in-bond 7512, and PSC amendments.
Tarifflo's PGA module auto-builds the required disclaimers and attaches them to the relevant lines. FDA, USDA APHIS / FSIS, EPA, FCC, CPSC, NHTSA, and FWS are first-party supported.
Yes - multi-importer, multi-filer-code workflows are first-class. Brokers run Tarifflo on behalf of all their importer clients while keeping their own ABI filer code.
