DDTC Office of Defense Trade Controls (ITAR) PGA data for CBP entry summary filings.
Required for imports of defense articles, defense services, and related technical data controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Certifies applicable DDTC licenses, exemptions, or registrations for controlled military items.

registrationNumber? | string | The DDTC-issued registration number. Filed in a separate PG14 record with LPCO Type = "DD1". Required for all USML imports. The registration number will be validated against registration data provided by DDTC. Per DDTC 05-16.pdf, Page 15, Note 4: LPCO Number, positions 9-41, up to 33 chars. For licensed filings (S61, S62, S73, S74, S85), the registration number is mandatory. For exemption filings, the registration number is conditional depending on the exemption. |
