Interface: ODSType
EPA Ozone-Depleting Substances (ODS) PGA data for CBP entry summary filings.
Required for imports of controlled ozone-depleting substances regulated under the Clean Air Act and the Montreal Protocol. Identifies the ODS product and certifies EPA import allowance compliance.

Provides the name, telephone number, and email address for the person making the TSCA certification for ODS under 19 CFR 12.121. PG19/PG20 are NOT part of the TSCA/ODS record set (per Table 136). The entity is identified via PG22 (entityRoleCode = "CI"); PG21 follows directly. Only one PG21 is expected -- ODS has a single Certifying Individual. Stored as an EntityReference for compatibility with the entity picker. Per CATAIR EPA 04-25.pdf, Table 154: name, phone, and email are all Mandatory (M). |
correctionIndicator? | boolean | Indicator for filing a correction to a previously submitted ODS PGA Message Set. Only provide when submitting a corrected PGA Message Set. Per CATAIR EPA 04-25.pdf, Table 148: Correction Indicator, position 79, Conditional (C). |
declarationCode? | "EP4" | "EP5" | TSCA certification statement code. Transmitted in the PG22 record. EP4 (Positive): "I certify that all chemical substances in this shipment comply with all applicable rules or orders under TSCA and that I am not offering a chemical substance for entry in violation of TSCA or any applicable rule or order under TSCA." EP5 (Negative): "I certify that all chemicals in this shipment are not subject to TSCA." Per CATAIR EPA 04-25.pdf, Tables 151/153: Declaration Code, positions 21-24, Mandatory (M). |
