APHIS Lacey Act Plant Declaration PGA data for CBP entry summary filings.
Required for imports of plants and plant products subject to the Lacey Act Plant Declaration (APHIS Form PPQ 505). Declares the scientific name, country of harvest, and quantity of plant material contained in the imported product.

The entity identified in PG19 is the person certifying to the statement in PG22: "I certify under penalty of perjury that, to the best of my knowledge and belief, the information furnished is true and correct." This is the value of the product of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule code that contains the plant product and is the same value used for CBP Partner Government Agency line value.
